When we teach, self-reflective practices can keep us connected to our students' learning experiences and our own development as instructors. This interactive workshop -- facilitated by Jamie Kim, Sharon Childs, and Chas Brua -- will focus on practical ways to use self-reflection when we teach (e.g., 3-minute journal entries, "stop-go-change" inventories, collegial conversations, etc.).
This workshop can be used to fulfill a requirement of the Instructional Foundations Series for new instructors.
