What does well-being mean to you? What challenges do you face in the many roles you play in your daily life? And, most importantly, how do we take positive steps toward increasing our well-being? This workshop, faciliated by Deena Levy, Associate Research Professor, Adam Smith, Assistant Research Professor, and Beate Brunow, Associate Research Professor, introduces different dimensions of well-being, considers approaches to self-care, and is meant to empower you to take positive steps towards increasing your well-being.
