This workshop, faciliated by Deena Levy, Associate Research Professor,  Adam Smith, Assistant Research Professor, and Beate Brunow, Associate Research Professor, introduces different dimensions of well-being, considers approaches to self-care, and is meant to empower you to take positive steps towards increasing your well-being.
